According to a special news report by ANI, 7-year-old Virat Chandra, who hails from Hyderabad, has set a great record by climbing this mountain range at a young age. Coach India, who guides Virat for the climb of Kilimanjaro, said on this occasion that we had taken all necessary steps during this climb.
He also told Virat that if we feel at any time during the climb that it is unsafe, then we will come back. But Virat kept his spirits up and he managed to climb Kilimanjaro at such a young age.
However, the youngest climbing record on Kilimanjaro is recorded in the name of 7-year-old Montana Kenye. She hails from Austin City, Texas, USA. Although there is not much difference between the age of Virat and the age of Montana, the record is recorded in his name.
