Two more state ministers likely to resign from Cabinet: BJP chief

Kolhapur, Mar 16 (UNI) BJP state president Chandrakant Patil on Tuesday hinted that two more state ministers would resign from the post soon in connection with Thane businessman Mansukh Hiren death case.
Talking to reporters here this evening, he said that following the mysterious death of Hiren and subsequent arrest of Mumbai police officer Sachin Vaze in relation to the case, two more state ministers would likely tender their resignations for their suspected involvement in these cases.
Mr Patil criticised Congress state president Nana Patole for making allegations of the government trying to hush up Dadra & Nagar Haveli MP Mohan Delkar's suicide case.
The BJP chief also targeted state minister Ashok Chavan and Nationalist Congress Party chief Sharad Pawar.
On ongoing agitation for merger of disputed areas on Karnataka border with Maharashtra, Mr Patil suggested that the ruling MVA government should take initiative to unitedly solve the long-pending border dispute with the Karnataka government.
