Hyderabad-based ‘CallHealth’ adds an ambulance booking feature

Hyderabad: Hyderabad-based CallHealth expands its patient-focused services and bridges the missing links by combining a critical and much-needed feature – access to ambulances, with one click. This feature will alleviate the patient’s need, and provide a hassle-free and comfortable commute to and from.

CallHealth has integrated several ambulance providers to enable easy and timely access to patients. The current scope enables patients to plan and reach the medical facility of their choice.

CallHealth’s services will initially be available in Hyderabad and will expand phased across India, starting with neighboring states and will also gradually integrate real-time information on ambulances so that customers can track the expected arrival time (ETA) of the ambulance and its movements directly.

“We will soon proceed with a real-time integration of the ambulances so that customers can accurately predict the ETA and track the movement of the ambulance,” said Hari Thalapalli, CEO of CallHealth.

CallHealth will enable users to access more than 300 ambulances in five categories, ranging from basic, pre-, patient transport, special ambulances and air ambulances.
