We know that OnePlus' next-gen flagship smartphones are coming next week but the company has now revealed that those are not the only things landing. A new tweet from OnePlus has confirmed that that the brand's first-ever smartwatch will also launch on March 23, the same day we will see the unveiling on the OnePlus 9 series.

OnePlus has shared a video teaser for the smartwatch speculated to be called OnePlus Watch. The tweet has the caption, "You asked for it. You're getting it." along with a video clip showing a bunch of users asking for the smartwatch. It was sent by both OnePlus and OnePlus India Twitter handles but it was deleted by the latter account.

There is also a new thread on the official OnePlus forums related to this upcoming product. One of the lines in the post refers to the product as a "fresh addition to the OnePlus family is healthy, punctual and even takes care of you while you sleep." This is the only relevant description of the product as the post is essentially a giveaway where users have been asked to make wrong guesses.

We do not have much to talk about in terms of official words from OnePlus but considering how smartwatches usually are, we can make a few speculations. OnePlus is likely to release the wearable focused on the budget and with features related to health, fitness, and sleep tracking.
