VARANASI: President Ram Nath Kovind said on Sunday that the progress of tribal population is must and the country cannot be considered developed without the development of tribal and forest dwellers.
Speaking at ‘Vanvasi Samagam’ after inaugurating buildings of Seva Kunj Ashram at Chapki in Sonbhadra, the President said, “Tthe soul of the country is in rural and forest areas. If anyone wants to get acquainted with the roots of India, then one should spend some time at places like Sonbhadra.”
“The central and state governments are implementing various schemes for the development of rural and forest dwellers. The CM also announced the setting up of a medical college in Sonbhadra.
