Dell laptop rare BSOD or Unresponsive keyboard

I've observed this happening most of the time when the power cord is plugged in to my Dell i5-3567 and rarely on battery.

The only modification I've made is replace the 1TB Sata HDD with 480GB SSD SATA, Rest of the specs are same.

The keyboard doesn't respond. I have to use the scroll pad and hit the Sleep/Restart to make it working.

Sometimes the screen freezes and brings up BSOD error driver failure .

All the drivers are up to date and recently BIOS even got an update. WIndows OS is also up to date.

Any clue how to fix this non-sense?

Have you studied the windows memory dumps? What do they say.
Had you performed clean install of OS while shifting from hdd to ssd?

It seems that you either need to reinstall the firmware of the SSD or you need to double check the SATA connection of your SSD.
Assuming everything else is correct with your SSD.
