Megastar Chiranjeevi got sick due to dehydration a few days ago while shooting for Acharya in Illendu, Khammam. The teal rushed to a local hospital and the doctor advised him to take rest for a week. Accordingly, the shooting was called off mid way. The Megastar did not make a public appearance since then and did not even resume the shoot. He is likely to make his first public appearance tomorrow. He may be the Chief Guest for Manchu Vishnu's Mosagallu Pre-release event at JRC Convention,  Hyderabad. However, Chiranjeevi's team is yet to confirm his attendance. On the other side, Acharya next schedule will begin next week. The shoot will happen in the Dharmsthali set erected in Kokapet. Kajal Agarwal will join the team and finish off her portions in the film. The makers have earlier announced that they are on track for the May 13th release.
 

Mosagallu is releasing on 19th of this month. Jeffrey Chin is directing the film where kajal aggarwal will be seen as Vishnu’s sister. This should be the first release of Kajal Agarwal after her marriage later this month. ruhi singh will be seen as Vishnu's love interest in the movie. bollywood star suniel shetty makes tollywood debut with the flick.
