    Losing weight/fat

    Hello, So for the past 2 weeks i've been on a calorie deficit im currently weighing 240lbs, 6,2. Im eating around 2000-2200 calories each day and i workout 6 times a week. But im still not losing any weight, Why is this? Im still hitting new PRS every week

    double check your counting, it is very unlikely you're not losing weight on 2000 calories with those stats

    Not losing weight for at least 3 weeks straight = not in a deficit
    All it takes is consistency, effort, proper nutrition, good programming, and TIME.

    Wait another week. If no change then lower calories. When someone says they're eating "about" x amount of calories that means they're no really trying to be remotely accurate. Start improving your accuracy to start with then start eliminating things in your diet that are the most unnecessary.
