    Red face What supplements should I stop or replace ?

    Hello everyone, i'm putting this post to have your opinions please and help me to first step up & reach my objectives and secondly to save money.

    So you can understand perfectly, i was at 65kg and i could reach 72kg when i was at the TOP of my form ( I struggle to take weight, but i did take 7kg clean full muscle, very low body fat, i was lean idk if it's the correct word in English, not big but i did like it tbh ) during this period i was taking a lot of supplement :

    Gainer (Jumbo) in the morning in the breakfast, 1 scoop in the blender with other things and mix everything.
    Gold Whey Optimum + Creatine ON => PostWorkout.
    Zinc ( i don't remember the brand) + Multi Vitamine ( Scitec ) => Morning after breakfast.
    Omega 3 ( scitec ) => 1 during my lunch.
    Magnesium ( i dont remember the brand ) => before sleeping.

    I lost all the gainz because of some health/Personnal issue during the covid period, now I decided to get back to workout and I did build a little home gym in my living room with a clean diet, this my average macro (can't post picture since i'm new so i'll write it down) :

    Calories: 2800 // Proteins : 140 // Carbs : 330 // Fat : 90

    I was thinking about adding L-Arginine & Carbs Loader, but I don't know if it's good for someone like me.
    I believe that I should keep Whey ( Can't reach my daily objective without ), Creatine because I saw how good it is on me, and Omega 3 + Multi Vita. Others Idk if It's a waste money or if they're good for me.

    I'd appreciate your feedback very much !

    If you're going to take a nitric oxide precursor take citrulline or nitrosigine not regular argigine, try to avoid the "oxide" forms on minerals because of poor absorption and get your carbs and calories from whole food whenever possible.

    Okey thank you, I just read what you said you & ManwittaPlan in the post above about the nitric oxide, I did some search about it and I think I can reach it with only good food. So i'll avoid losing money on the arginine.

    Any suggestion about the other supplements too please ?

    Zinc and Magnesium are fine as long as they aren't followed by the word "oxide," Controlled Labs Oximega is a better Omega 3 supplement and if you want a multi Controlled Labs Orange Triad is a good option

    yes!

    the second you see any brand use oxide stay away OP. magnesium oxide is great as a laxative but will do nothing to increase red blood cell magnesium levels. it is seriously such an important mineral that many athletes and people who workout and sweat a lot are deficient in.

    i'm a big fan of topical magnesium before bed, has a calming effect you can literally feel within minutes of applying.

    Okey thank you guys for your feedback, so to debrief :

    Keep : Whey + Crea + Multi Vita + Omega 3.
    I can if I want : Zinc + Magnesium ( Shouldn't be followed with the word Oxide ).
    No need : Gainer - Carbs Loader - L Arginine ( If I want a good nitric oxide i should go with the Citrulline ).

    There's something else that I should add from your experiences who can help my kind profile ? please

    Hmmm I did some search about it and it looks very interesting, plus it increases the nitric oxide too, I might go for it too after 3 month when i'll recover a little.

    But I do have a question about it please, since its kinda dead with borders closed etc.. I can't buy internationally like from here, the only thing I found in my country are some bcaa or booster where the betaine is there too. It's good option or should I wait and take it alone.
    And what's the best dosage in your experiences ? 1g before & 1g after training ?
