Samsung has scheduled an event for March 17 where it might unveil the new mid-range Galaxy A52 and Galaxy A72 5G phones. A couple of leaks have already been pretty suggestive about the specifications and features. Now, a new tip has surfaced that talks about another important aspect and that is the price.

A report from MySmartPrice citing industry sources has shared the alleged price tags of the two phones for the Indian market.

Reportedly, the price of the Galaxy A52 will start at Rs. 26,499 for the base model 6GB/128GB. Also, the 8GB/128GB model will cost Rs. 27,999. Furthermore, the model numbers of these two storage variants are said to be SM-A525FG and SM-A525FH. The report states that Samsung might skip the 5G model and rather launch the phone with 4G network support.

Coming to the Galaxy A72, the base model with 8GB/128GB storage is going to cost Rs. 34,999, whereas the one with 8GB/256GB storage is going to be priced at Rs. 37,999.

Samsung is reported to be working on two new Galaxy A-series smartphones: Galaxy A72 and Galaxy A52. These phones are expected to bring a bunch of new premium features to the more affordable segment. There have already been a few leaks about these phones and now, we have some more details to talk about.

The Galaxy A72 is tipped to sport a 6.7-inch Full HD+ Super AMOLED Infinity-O display with a 90Hz refresh rate. Under the hood, it is expected to feature the Qualcomm Snapdragon 720G processor. There are two configuration options: 6GB of RAM with 128GB onboard storage and 8GB of RAM with 256GB onboard storage.

The quad-camera setup on the back includes a 64-megapixel sensor, a 12-megapixel sensor, an 8-megapixel sensor, and a 5-megapixel sensor with 30X Space Zoom. There will be a 32-megapixel front camera housed within the punch hole. The whole package will be powered by a 5,000mAh battery with support for 25W fast charging. It will be running One UI 3.1 based on Android 11 out of the box. It is also said to be the first Galaxy A-series smartphone to feature stereo speakers with Dolby Atmos.

As for the Galaxy A52 leak, it is said to feature a 6.5-inch Full HD+ Super AMOLED display with punch-hole. The choice of processor will be Qualcomm Snapdragon 750 paired with 8GB of RAM. There is said to be 128GB of onboard storage but there could be other options as well.

The back panel on the phone has quad cameras: 64-megapixel primary sensor, a 12-megapixel sensor, a 5-megapixel sensor, and a 5-megapixel sensor. The front camera on the phone is a 32-megapixel sensor. The battery capacity on the smartphone will be 4,500mAh with 25W fast charging.
