Since the end of November I have lost 62 pounds went from 241 to 179 pounds. Simple by cutting down carbs and doing a whole lot of running almost daily. I normally did one cheat meal a week. I decided after a while I wanted to start going out longer so now I wait 2-3 weeks to have a cheat meal. I know this is wrong but this weekend I plan on eating two pints of ice cream, four cookies and a large pizza and sub. This will be a one off my will power and determination is very strong. I have ate anything unhealthy in a few weeks. Next day I plan on running 10-11 miles. People close to me are saying don’t do it but if I must I should just try to split the food up over two days. They say it will minimize the blow. What should I do?

Split up the food into your regular daily calories so you can develop healthy eating habits. Example: Day 1: 1/4 pint ice cream, Day 2: cookie, Day 3: ONE slice of pizza, Day 4: 6-inch sub, etc. (adjust based on your goals).
Don't deprive yourself of "unhealthy" foods and then need to binge. You can work things you like into your regular diet.

You feel ‘good’, and yet you’re here talking about having a massive cheat day to satisfy cravings due to your piss poor diet model?
Sorry but I call BS. Nobody who ‘doesn’t feel hungry’ would be posting this kind of garbage about having a ‘cheat day’.
You’re either trolling or you’re willingly being stupid.

Um ya this is a terrible idea. Moderation is a much better approach.
There is no dirty food or clean food. Granted watching trans fats and saturated fats is a good idea. There is nothing unhealthy about a sub, pizza, ice cream etc. If you like say jimmy johns subs there is nothing wrong with having one for lunch more than once a week. If you like ice cream there is nothing wrong with having 1/2 cup a few times a week to daily. Your focus should be on staying with in your calorie goals, eating a balanced diet like fruits, dairy, veggies, fats, protein, etc and meeting the minimums you need for daily fat and protein amounts. If you are depriving your self so much you have to binge you really need to find a way to eat that you can maintain every day and not need cheat mealsInsta is username snails.r.us

Up your daily calories to something sustainable
Include these foods in your weekly diet in moderation and within your calorie budget, there is no reason not to
No more need for 'cheat' days as you are now not eating in an overly restricted way
Include resistance training as well as running unless you want to just end up a 'skinny' sack of flesh rather than a 'fat' sack of flesh
