we are using SW 2019 SP3 and PDM Enterprise. We use a VM (virtual machine) on the server where the admin is logged in and the task create PDF is running. IT updated the base (where VM is installed) last week and now after creating the first PDF, SW closes but the program remains active in Task Manager. I now have to close SW manual in task manager after each PDF so that it creates the next PDF. Our VAR has been contacted but it takes too long for me because I am the one who has all the "fun" with the PDF.
Has anyone had a similar experience? What would be the possible solution?

Our IT checked the system and there were some windows updates that had not been installed. After the update everything goes back to normal
