Tube Investments of India Ltd has informed that the Company has allotted 38,849 equity shares of Re.1/- each at an Exercise Price of Rs270.20 per share.
The above allotment is consequent upon the exercise of Stock Options by eligible employees under the Employee Stock Option Plan 2017.
With this allotment, the number of equity shares outstanding has increased from 19,27,78,022 to 19,28,16,871 and the paid up equity share capital from Rs19,27,78,022/- to Rs19,28,16,871/-.
Tube Investments of India was currently trading at Rs1,148.50 per piece up by Rs23.65 or 2.1% from its previous closing of Rs1,124.85 per piece on the BSE, at around 9:30 AM.
