Meghan Markle and Prince Harry Reveal That They've Watched 'The Crown'

Meghan Markle and Prince Harry are fans of The Crown!

The pair confirmed that they watch the hit Netflix show during their interview with Oprah Winfrey on Sunday (March 7).

Oprah said that parts of the latest season, which followed the life of Princess Diana, echoed Harry‘s sentiment that he and Meghan felt “trapped” in their roles at the palace.

When she asked if they had seen the show, Meghan and Harry smiled and said that they had seen “some of it.”

Harry also opened up about watching the show earlier this week in an interview with James Corden.

“It gives you a rough idea of what that lifestyle, what the pressures of putting duty and service above family and everything else, what can come from that,” Harry said. “I’m way more comfortable with The Crown than I am seeing the stories written about my family, or my wife, or myself. It’s the difference between… that is obviously fiction, take it how you will, but this is being reported on as fact because you’re supposedly news. I have a real issue with that.”
