Senior Congress leader Digvijaya Singh attacked Centre, saying that the latter is not bothered about public anger over farm bills and rising petrol prices as the ruling BJP relies on EVMs to win the elections. The grand old party had raised the EVM issue in past elections too. Samajwadi Party leader Akhilesh Yadav has already demanded ballot papers as an option for voters in the upcoming assembly polls, 2022 in Uttar Pradesh.
