Akshay Kumar confirms not attending any political rally in Kolkata, says 'busy shooting in Mumbai'

Actor Akshay Kumar has finally cleared the air by denying any quick visit to Kolkata for a political rally. While speaking to an entertainment portal, the actor reacted strongly to the speculation of his attending the political rally in Kolkata and put all the rumours at rest by confirming that all the speculations are baseless as he’s busy shooting in Mumbai. He also expressed his disbelief at the way these rumours are circulating. Notably, Prime Minister Narendra Modi addressed a rally in Kolkata and the actor has been quite vocal about his support for him and his policies. However, despite putting up his political views and opinions firmly on the public platform, the actor has often denied entering active politics. He has always maintained in his interviews that politics is not his agenda and he is happy doing what he does.
