Petrol, diesel price remain steady for 8th day

New Delhi, Mar 7(UNI) Despite rising crude oil prices in the international market, the fuel prices in the country remain unchanged for the 8th day in a row on Sunday.

In the foreign markets, London Brent crude reached 70 dollars per barrel.

In Delhi, petrol is currently priced at Rs 91.17 per liter and diesel at Rs 81.47 per liter. The prices of petrol and diesel had last risen by 24 paise and 15 paise on February 27.

Domestic oil marketing company Indian Oil Corporation said that the price of both petrol and diesel have remained steady on Sunday.
