India vs England Series – Shortest Ever 4 Test Series: The fourth Test between India and England came to an end on Saturday with easy victory for India. The match hardy lasted till the final session of Day 3. India emerged victorious by an innings and 25 runs. As a result, England lost another series in India, this time with a scoreline in the favor of hosts by 3-1. The victory takes India into the WTC Final against New Zealand slated to be played in June.
 
The 4 match test series will go in history as one of the shortest ever. The 4 match series got finished in just 14 days. Only 1 Test went to the 5th day, 2nd lasted for 4 days. 3rd Test match was the shortest ever and finished in just 2 days. 4th test finished in less than 3 full days. 
 
No other series in history of 21st century till date has lasted less than this time-frame. The second shortest Test series had lasted for 16 days.
