Assam polls 2021: BJP declares list of 70 candidates; CM Sonowal to contest from Majuli

The Bharatiya Janata Party (BJP), on Friday, announced the list of key candidates for the forthcoming Assam Assembly polls 2021. Arun Singh, BJP National General Secretary said that CM Sarbananda Sonowal will contest from Majuli Assembly constituency. Himanta Biswa Sarma to contest from Jalukbari Assembly constituency. Both of them used to contest from these constituencies even earlier.
