ED summons former J&K CM Mehbooba Mufti on March 15 in a money laundering case

New Delhi, Mar 5 (UNI) Enforcement Directorate (ED) on Friday issued a summon to the former Jammu and Kashmir Chief Minister and PDP chief Mehbooba Mufti to appear before the Delhi office on March 15 in a money laundering case.

A team of the central financial probe agency reached Peoples Democratic Party (PDP) chief’s Fairview house at Srinagar with a summon, which was not received by her family.

“People had come with the summon but Mehbooba Mufti wasn't in the town so nobody received the summon,” her party’s spokesperson Suhail Bukhari said.

He also said that her party chief has been traveling in different parts of the Union Territory of Jammu and Kashmir following her re-election as PDP Chief unanimously.
