Pursuant to Regulation 39(3) of the SEBI (Listing Obligations and Disclosure Requirements) Regulations, 2015, Piramal Enterprises has informed that the Registrar and Transfer Agent of the Company, Link Intime India has received the request for issuance of duplicate share certificate from the Shareholder: Sunil Kumar (Folio No: SS04111). The duplicate share certificate will be issued only after the receipt of all necessary documents from the Shareholder. Further details regarding the same as enclosed.
