Coal India board approves payment of 2nd interim dividend

Coal India has informed that the Board of Directors in its meeting held on Friday, the 5th March 2021 had approved payment of 2nd Interim Dividend for the financial year 2020-21 at Rs 5 per share of the face value of Rs 10 per equity share. As already intimated to stock Exchanges vide letter no CIL:XI(D):4156/4157:2021: dated 23rd February 2021 that the company has fixed Tuesday, the 16th March 2021 as Record Date for the purpose of payment of 2nd Interim Dividend on equity shares for the Financial year 2020-21. The date of payment of Interim Dividend is on and from 24th March 2021. Commencement of Board meeting: 10.30 AM. Conclusion of the Board meeting: 12.05 PM. This is as per Regulation 30 and 43 of SEBI (LODR) Regulations 2015.
