'Bigg Boss 13' winner, model-turned-actor Sidharth Shukla recently took to his Twitter handle to give out a strong message to boys after he mentioned that he was affected by reading regular reports of rape and sexual abuse in the news.
For the unversed, the gruesome rape incident in Hathras recently shook the entire country. Soon after, news of a 22-year old college girl in Uttar Pradesh's Balarampur gangrape and assault had the nation talking and most recently India's CJI's S.A. Bobde's remarks in court where he asked a man, accused of raping a minor girl, if he was willing to marry her, got netizens together to voice their discontent and demand his resignation.
Now, Sidharth's tweet hints at the ongoing injustices towards women too.
And so, as a piece of advice to young boys, he wrote on Twitter, "Reading and hearing of all what's happening around would just like to say please build your character in such a way that a girl feels safe with you even in a dark room..."

Meanwhile, on the professional front, Sidharth will be next seen in 'Broken But Beautiful'. Other than this, he has always remained in the news for his friendship with his Bigg Boss 13 co-contestant Shehnaaz Gill as his fans who ship the two as #SidNaaz very firmly believe that the two are dating.
A few days ago there were rumours that Sidharth and Shehnaaz secretly tied the knot in December in Goa. However, Sidharth quashed the rumours and maintained that when he does friendship, he doesn't worry if it's 'sasti' (cheap) or 'mehengi' (expensive).
