Kollázs – Brasserie & Bar, the restaurant at Four Seasons Hotel Gresham Palace Budapest, introduces “Cakes to Go,” a selection of cakes in the most tempting flavours to make every celebration special.
The pastry chef of Four Seasons Hotel Gresham Palace, Attila Menyhárt, has put together a selection of sumptuous cakes and treats, each one carefully crafted with meticulous attention and quality ingredients.
Cakes to Go consists of five signature cakes, a seasonally changing offer and guests can ask for a custom cake. The collection features the signature Gresham Cake; its essence and soul is the bespoke Harrer chocolate created exclusively for Four Seasons Hotel Gresham Palace by the Austrian confectioner dynasty. This premium chocolate is manufactured in Sopron, Hungary from organic cocoa beans grown in Belize and processed with artisanal mastery using the Harrer’s traditional family traditional recipes, decoration on the top of the cake was inspired by the mosaic floors of the Hotel’s Art Nouveau lobby. For those seeking a guilt-free experience, the pastry team created a gluten, lactose and sugar free chocolate cake too.
Birthdays, anniversaries, congratulations or any other special days deserve an exquisite cake to tantalise the taste buds of loved ones. Attila Menyhárt’s creations are not only appreciated for their taste, but also for their originality and aesthetics. Each cake is handcrafted with care by the pastry team at Four Seasons in Budapest and requires 24-hour advance notice, while custom cakes require 48-hour advanced notice.
