Rajasthan Chief Minister Ashok Gehlot has decided to give 'Nehru Child Protection Award' in Rajasthan to encourage people associated with the region to work for the rights of boys and girls in the state and to promote their protection. . Under this, Gehlot has approved the financial approval of the 'Nehru Child Protection Award Scheme-2021' and the draft of its guidelines.
As per the proposal accepted by Mr. Gehlot, the annual financial burden of this award scheme to be operated under the Integrated Child Protection Services (ICDS) scheme will be Rs 5.59 lakh, which will be borne by the Juvenile Justice Fund.
