    Crude oil futures decline 2% on low demand

    NEW DELHI: Crude oil futures on Wednesday fell 1.81 per cent to Rs 4,387 per barrel as participants reduced their positions on low demand.

    On the Multi Commodity Exchange, crude oil for March delivery eased by Rs 81, or 1.81 per cent, to Rs 4,387 per barrel with a business volume of 5,366 lots.

    West Texas Intermediate crude oil was trading 0.28 per cent up at USD 59.92 per barrel, while Brent crude was quoting 0.29 per cent higher at USD 62.88 per barrel in New York.
