The FIIs as per Wednesday’s data were net buyer in equity segment, while net seller in debt segment, according to data released by the NSDL.
In equity segment, the gross buying was of Rs 9395.34 crore against gross selling of Rs 6745.99 crore. Thus, FIIs stood as net buyer of Rs 2649.35 crore in equities.
In the debt segment, the gross purchase was of Rs 382.78 crore with gross sales of Rs 2052.99 crore. Thus, FIIs stood as net seller of Rs 1670.21 crore in debt.
In the hybrid segment, the gross buying was of Rs 4.79 crore against gross selling of Rs 16.96 crore. Thus, FIIs stood as net seller of Rs 12.17 crore in hybrid segment.
