This is in continuation of Notice No. 20210302-10 dated 02 March 2021, informing therein the Record Date of 01/03/2021 for Part Redemption of Panchsheel Buildtech Pvt. Ltd. (scrip code: 957447) to Rs. 6,26,147.14 per debenture (Face Value)

The company has now informed that, due to revision in payment date the face value of the aforesaid Secured Non-Convertible Debentures was reduced to Rs. 6,26,388.05 per debenture instead of Rs.6,26,147.14 as informed by the company and mentioned in the earlier notice.

Hence, Trading Members are advised that the above mentioned Debentures will now be traded

with a revised face value of Rs.6,26,388.05 with effect from March 04, 2021 (DR-234/2020-2021).

Trading Members of the Exchange are required to take note of it.
