As per a report in Navbharat Times, an FIR has been lodged at Delhi's Vikaspuri Police Station. The first complaint was filed in 2017. Raj Khatri has also been named by the complainant. It seems, Shailesh Srivastava, a retired bank employee met Rakesh Sawant to start a business. Raj Khatri was the middleman. It seems they planned to make a movie on the life of tainted religious head, Baba Gurmeet Ram Rahim. They were also planning to open a dance institute in Vikaspuri, Delhi. It seems Rakesh Sawant promised Shailesh that he would ensure Rakhi Sawant's active participation in the matter. It seems Rakesh Sawant and Raj Khatri took Rs 6 lakh from the victim. The FIR also says that they gave a PDC (post-dated check) to him worth Rs 7 lakh. When he reached the bank, Shailesh found out that the cheque had a wrong signature.
