Actor Milind Soman is a fitness enthusiast and gets applauded around the globe for his love for athleticism at the age of 55. Recently, the run machine celebrated the 105th birthday of veteran and celebrated athlete Man Kaur. To mark the occasion the actor took to his Instagram handle and shared a post with the elderly athlete and penned an inspiring note which reads, 'Some people say active life is over at 45 and they can't do this or can't do that Man Kaur, mascot of Pinkathon and world champion athlete, started running at the age of 93. Yesterday she celebrated her 105th birthday!!!! And still running What does that tell you?' In the post, the model-turned-actor can be seen alongside the veteran athlete with a bright smile as they pose for the camera. The actor also went on to share a stunning video in which he and the world champion athlete Man Kaur can be seen running on a track.
