West Bengal Election 2021: TMC leader and Ex Asansol mayor Jitendra Tiwary joins BJP

TMC leader and former Asansol mayor Jitendra Tiwary joined Bharatiya Janata Party on March 02 ahead of the upcoming West Bengal Assembly elections. Ex mayor Jitendra Tiwary joined party in presence of West Bengal BJP chief Dilip Ghosh. West Bengal Assembly elections will be held in eight phases starting from March 27 with the final round of voting taking place on April 29. Counting of votes will take place on May 02.
