Vipul Limited informed the exchanges on Monday that it has received No Objection Letter issued by PNB Housing Finance for signing a Joint Venture Agreement with Tulip Infratech, for the takeover of all development rights to carry out all developments activities in relation to residential project namely 'Aarohan Residences' at Gurugram, Haryana.
Vipul Ltd trade on Tuesday ended at Rs31.65 per piece up by Rs1.5 or 4.98% from its previous closing of Rs30.15 per piece on the BSE.
The scrip had opened at Rs31.65 per piece and has touched a high and low of Rs31.65 per piece and Rs31.65 per piece respectively during the trading hours.
