Gyalshing, 02 Mar (IPR): The second day tour of Hon’ble Chief Minister(HCM), Shri. Prem Singh Tamang(Golay) under Yuksum-Tashiding Constituency begins from Pokharidara towards Tashiding ,today.
On the way to Tashiding, HCM offered his prayers at Yangtam Temple. Subsequently, he had a brief interaction with the people of Labdhang, Kongri, Gangyap PHSC medical staff, Eklavya Model Residential School Gangyap, Government Junior High School, Middle Chongrang and rendered support to the management.
At Tashiding, Chief Minister inaugurated the X-Ray Machine unit at Primary Health Centre and assured to provide every possible support from the government. Thereafter, he also inaugurated, Girls Hostel of Tashiding Senior Secondary School in presence of Hon’ble Deputy Speaker-Cum-Area MLA, Shri. Sangay Lepcha.
The Hon’ble Chief Minister also distributed wheel chairs, Air Mattresses, blankets, induction, pans, cookers ,torchlights and sweets as a symbol of love to the people of Tashiding and surrounding.
The medical camp was also set up under the Garib Jan Kalyan Prakosta providing free medical treatments, medicines, health insurance alongwith Medical Specialist, orthopedist, Dentist and ENT specialist for public convenience in terms of healthcare.
Afterwards, he started interacting with the people at large of Tashiding-Gangyap GPU, Arithang- Chongrang GPU and Gerethang- Labing GPU at Yatri Niwas to gather direct information about their grievances and issues.
