Coal India production stood at 61.9 Mill Te in February 2021, offtakes at 51.2 Mill Te

Between April 2020 - February 2021, the production stood at 515.1 Mill Te marginally down from 517.8 Mill Te of the corresponding period of the previous year.

State-owned Coal India recorded production of 61.9 Mill Te for February 2021, down by 6.6% from 66.2 Mill Te of the same month last year.

Meanwhile, the company's offtake stood at 51.2 Mill Te in the latest month, declining by 6.2% against 54.6 Mill Te of February 2020.

Between April 2020 - February 2021, the production stood at 515.1 Mill Te marginally down from 517.8 Mill Te of the corresponding period of the previous year. While offtake is at 514.1 Mill Te lower by 2.6% from 528 Mill Te in the 11 months of FY20.

On Sensex, Coal India ended at Rs153.40 per piece down by 0.6%.
