Netflix has announced and dropped a teaser for Dhamaka, starring Kartik Aaryan. The movie is directed and produced by Ram Madhvani.
Dhamaka follows a frustrated ex-news anchor, who gets another chance at his job by going live on prime time after a terrorist calls him with a bomb threat. Events that follow this call will force the new anchor to choose between his future career and his inner humanist. Along with Aaryan, Dhamaka stars Mrunal Thakur, Amruta Subhash, Vikas Kumar, and Vishwajeet Pradhan.
While talking about his Netflix debut, Aaryan said, “Dhamaka has been a very exciting & enriching experience for me as an actor. Working with a maverick like Ram Madhvani has allowed me to explore & showcase a new facet of my personality. I am thrilled that the film will reach audiences & my fans all around the world on Netflix.”
Dhamaka will set to release on Netflix in the coming months.
