MTN Ghana appoints 4 independent directors

MTN Ghana has appointed four independent non-executive directors onto its board.This follows the retirement of two board members, Kwasi Abeasi and Modupe Kadri, effective 01 March. The new directors are Chartered Accountant and Auditor Felix Addo, NanaAma Botchway, Kofi Dadzie and Rosie Ebe-Arthur.
