Chandigarh,.27 February,2021: In regards to fixation of HSRP & Colour Coded Sticker within the stipulated time, a large number of people are approaching the Authorised Vendor situated in the premises of Registering & Licensing Authority, UT Chandigarh and it has been observed that un-necessary panic emerges among the general public for said purpose with regard to their vehicles.
Therefore, in large public interest and keeping in view of the present situation of pandemic COVID-19 in the tri-city, the following measures are hereby taken with immediate effect:-
1.The date of receipt of an application for the specific series “CH01BK” has been extended up to 30th September, 2021.
2.The registered owner may apply for other series after the end of September, 2021 for issuance of HSRP & Colour Coded sticker.
3.The registered owners of vehicles of said specific series can apply for HSRP and third registration mark (Colour coded sticker) on their vehicles in RLA Office Sector 17 Chandigarh, SDM (South) Sports Complex Sector-42, Chandigarh, and SDM(East), CTU Workshop, Industrial Area, Phase-I, Chandigarh and to the vendors of concerned dealers (of their vehicle’s make).
