Stocks to watch on February 26th: On Friday, both Sensex and Nifty reported a bearish trend in the stock market after bullish reports in the last two sessions of the market. The Sensex is trading below 50,400 levels and nifty trading below 14,900 levels in the stock market. The Sensex lost 724.72 points with a 1.43% decrease and reached 50,320.65 levels. While the nifty lost 202.20 points with a 1.34% decrease and reached 14,888.05 levels.

On the other side, the number of coronavirus cases in India on Friday, February 26th reached 1,10,63,491 with almost 1,56,825 deaths.

Bank of Baroda Limited: On Friday, the bank launched its QIP issue worth Rs. 4,500 crores at a floor price of Rs. 81.70 per equity share. The bank will consider an additional upsize of Rs. 2,000 crores. 

However, the shares of Bank of Baroda Limited on Friday reported a bearish trend in the stock market. It lost 3.20 points with a 3.61% decrease and reached 86.70 INR. While in BSE, the company lost 3.15 points with a 3.50% decrease and reached 86.75 INR.

Ashok Leyland Limited: The company has completed the amalgamation of almost 38% stakes in Hinduja Tech Limited for Rs. 70.20 crores from Nissan International Holding BV.

However, the shares of Ashok Leyland Limited on Friday reported a bearish trend in the stock market. It lost 2.15 points with a 1.64% decrease and reached 129.00 INR. While in BSE, the company lost 2.20 points with a 1.68% decrease and reached 128.95 INR.

Dilip Buildcon Limited: On Thursday, the company declared as the lowest bidder for 2 HAM projects worth Rs. 2,241 crores under Bharatmala Scheme in Tamil Nadu and Puducherry.

However, the shares of Dilip Buildcon Limited on Friday reported a bullish trend in the stock market. It gained 13.75 points with a 2.06% increase and reached 681.30 INR. While in BSE, the company gained 14.30 points with a 2.14% increase and reached 681.05 INR.

DHFL Limited: On Thursday, the company received a no objection letter from the Reserve Bank of India. While the company filed an application with NCLT for the resolution plan of Piramal Capital & Housing Finance. 

However, the shares of DHFL Limited on Friday reported a bullish trend in the stock market. It gained 0.90 points with a 4.76% increase and reached 19.80 INR. While in BSE, the company gained 0.90 points with a 4.76% increase and reached 19.80 INR.

Infosys Limited: The company will provide 300 jobs for locals in Pennsylvania as part of its ongoing hiring plans in the US.

However, the shares of Infosys Limited on Friday reported a bearish trend in the stock market. It lost 1.55 points with a 0.12% decrease and reached 1,273.55 INR. While in BSE, the company lost 1.35 points with a 0.11% decrease and reached 1,273.40 INR.

Texmaco Infrastructure Limited: The company board meeting will be held on March 2nd to consider and approve the delisting proposals.

However, the shares of Texmaco Infrastructure Limited on Friday reported a bullish trend in the stock market. It gained 1.00 points with a 1.41% increase and reached 72.00 INR. While in BSE, the company gained 1.05 points with a 1.50% increase and reached 72.10 INR.

HCL Technologies Limited: The subsidiary company HCL America Inc decided to issue senior unsecured notes up to 500 million USD.

However, the shares of HCL Technologies Limited on Friday reported a bearish trend in the stock market. It lost 16.75 points with a 1.80% decrease and reached 912.25 INR. While in BSE, the company lost 15.45 points with a 1.66% decrease and reached 913.50 INR.

Equitas Holdings Limited: The company shares sold by CDC Group PLC for Rs. 88.20 per equity share with almost 89,30,410 equity shares on BSE via the open market transaction.
