Telefonica tops RDR 2020 index for telecoms corporate accountability, Vodafone 2nd, Telenor and AT&T come 3rd

Telenor said it has come third among telecommunications operators in the Ranking Digital Rights (RDR) Corporate Accountability Index for 2020. The index ranks companies for governance, freedom of expression, and privacy. RDR says Telenor is "more transparent than all of its peers" about its process for responding to government demands to shut down networks.
