Holy Magha Purnima Bath at Kaleswaram in Telangana

Tirumala, Feb 26 (UNI) As part of it's Maghamasa Mahotsavam, the Tirumala Tirupati Devasthanam (TTD) is organising the Magha Purnima Holy snanam at the Triveni sangam of Kaleswaram in Telangana on Saturday.
The SVBC channel will provide live telecast for the event between 0900 hrs and 1100 hrs on Saturday.
As part of the festivities, the TTD is organising a grand Snapana Thirumanjanam for utsava idols of Malayappa Swamy and His consorts Sridevi and
Bhudevi, followed by Chakra snanam.
Popularly known as Dakshina Kashi, Kaleswaram is abode of Shaivism, where the Pranahita and Saraswati rivers merge with Godavari and is known as Triveni Sangamam.
TTD will conduct all programmes at the famous Mukteswara temple on the banks of Godavari.
