The BSE REALTY Index has plunged 2% to 2,820.
Among the top losers in the BSE REALTY Index today are PRESTIGE ESTATES (down 4.6%), INDIABULLS REAL EST (down 4.1%) and DLF (down 3.5%). Other losers include SOBHA (down 2.2%) and OBEROI REALTY (down 1.6%).
MAHINDRA LIFESPACE (up 1.8%) is among the top gainer today.
In the meantime, the NIFTY REALTY has plunged 1.5% to 354.
The top losers in the NIFTY REALTY include LANCO INFRATECH (down 14.3%), CONSOLIDATED CONST. (down 11.1%) and CONSOLIDATED CONST. (down 11.1%).
Over the last one year, the BSE REALTY Index has moved up from 2,271 to 2,820, registering a gain of 549 points (up 24.2%).
The top losers among the BSE REALTY during this same period were OMAXE (down 54.5%), PRESTIGE ESTATES (down 16.1%) and SUNTECK REALTY (down 8.0%).
Meanwhile, the BSE Sensex has plunged 3.0% to 50,400.
Among the top gainers in the BSE Sensex today are SUN PHARMA (up 0.6%), NESTLE (up 0.2%) and MARUTI SUZUKI (up 0.1%).
The most traded stocks in the BSE Sensex are SUN PHARMA and MARUTI SUZUKI.
In the meantime, the NSE Nifty is at 14,919 (down 2.7%).
