Central Depository Services (India) Limited on Friday announced that wholly-owned subsidiary CDSL Ventures has received approval to go live from the competent authority as a local Authentication User Agency (AUA)/e-KYC User Agency (KUA) with UIDAI.
CDSL Ventures handle the work of "Customer profiling and Record-Keeping" for issuance of Know Your Client (KYC) acknowledgement to mutual fund investors.
On NSE, CDSL closed at Rs623 per piece up 0.6%. The stock has hit a new 52-week high of Rs638 per piece on the exchange despite bearish markets.
