Liquid Telecom successfully places USD 840 mln bond and term loan

Liquid Telecom arm Liquid Telecommunications Financing has successfully arranged its bond and term loan financing package totaling a combined USD 840 million-equivalent to refinance existing debt and support growth. The successful placing included USD 620 million on international bond markets and USD 220 million-equivalent South African rand term loan.
