Dilip Buildcon on Wednesday has been declared as the lowest bidder for the tenders floated by the National Highways Authority of India (NHAI) on a Hybrid Annuity basis in the state of Karnataka.
The company is an L-1 bidder on two projects:
The first project comprises of 4 laning from km 0.000 to km 26.400 (along with 0.700km approach towards NH 207 with interchange on NH4 at start point) of Bangalore to Malur Section of Bangalore Chennai Expressway on Hybrid Annuity Mode under Bharatmala Pariyoina, in the state of Karnataka (Phase-I PackageI). The bid project costs Rs1,160cr.
The second project comprises of 4 Lane Expressway from km 26.400 to km 53.500 of Malur to Bangarpet Section of Bangalore Chennai Expressway on Hybrid Annuity Mode under Bharatmala Pariyoina in the state of Karnataka (Phase-I PackageII). The bid project costs Rs1,279cr.
Both the project are expected to complete in 24 months.
Cumulatively, the bid project costs Rs2,439cr.
At around 4.55 pm, Dilip Buildcon was trading at Rs645.60 per piece up 2.48% on Sensex. The project has hit a new 52-week high of Rs657 per piece in the early deals.
