So long February, hey there March. After this upcoming weekend, a new month will be upon us, which in March means 31 glorious days of new content to kick back and relax with on Netflix. The streaming service has lots that's worth making time for. Here's a look at just a few of the highlights that stood out to us and merit a recommendation.

On March 5, Pokémon Journeys continues with Part 4. The series takes Ash and Pikachu as "they embark on adventures across multiple regions in the Pokémon world, meeting new characters and discovering more Pokémon along the way." For those keeping score at home, Pokémon Journeys is the 23rd series in the beloved animated franchise. Upcoming episode titles include "Lost Sarunori! Who is the Trainer!?" and "Aim for the Spring Onion Master! Go Through the Chivalry!!"--which, maybe if you are already a Pokémon could be cause for more questions than answers. We're still mainly wondering when Ash will manage to catch them all (Pokémon, that is).

The day before, on March 4, the anime excitement continues with . As the title suggests, this is indeed an animated series based on the live-action Pacific Rim films. The series' first season kicks off with a synopsis that is somewhat vague but that is likely intended to prevent surprises from being spoiled: "After Kaiju ravage Australia, two siblings pilot a Jaeger to search for their parents, encountering new creatures, seedy characters and chance allies." Even before premiering, a second season has already been greenlit.

Finally, on March 1 the streaming service is getting both 2005's Batman Begins and 2008's The Dark Knight. These Christopher Nolan re-imaginings of the then-dominant Tim Burton Batman world were the OG gritty reboots before they, and superhero movies, seemed like a viable form of entertainment in movies. Even if you have seen them before, they are worth a revisit--Batman Begins is likely far more philosophical and nuanced than you might remember, and The Dark Knight is worth spending time with for Heath Ledger's Joker alone (no offense, we promise, ).
