The 40-year-old heiress was seen out to dinner with her brand new fiance, Carter Reum, on Tuesday night (February 23) in Malibu, Calif.

Paris‘ engagement was announced just last week. He popped the question with a Jean Dousset ring on a private island surrounded by her family.
