Sanghi Industries hits 52-week high after redeeming NCDs worth Rs256cr

The company has redeemed 2560 NCDs of Rs10 lakh each which were issued in the month of March 2018.

Sanghi Industries Limited has redeemed existing 2560 secured, listed, rated, redeemable, Non-Convertible Debentures (NCDs) of Rs10 lakh each aggregating to Rs256cr which were issued in the month of March 2018.

Consequent to the above, as of the date the outstanding NCDs of the company is Rs305cr which were issued on February 23, 2021, on Private Placement basis listed on ‘Wholesale Debt Market’ Segment of BSE Limited.

The company stock hit 52-week high of Rs45.75 during intraday trade on Wednesday. At around 3.50 pm, it was trading at 44.25 per piece up Rs2.35 or 5.61% on the BSE.
