On the 73rd birth anniversary of former Chief Minister J Jayalalithaa celebrities from the entertainment industry including Bharathiraja, Sarathkumar, Radhikaa Sarathkumar, director Amir took part in the ceremony conducted by Jayalalithaa’s aide VK Sasikala.

Sasikala returned to Tamil Nadu on February 9 after spending four years in Parapanna Agrahara prison, Bengaluru in disproportionate assets case.

While paying tribute to the late ADIADMK supremo, Sasikala expressed her wish to contest in the upcoming assembly election along with AIADMK.

“As Amma wished, AIADMK should be there even after 100 years. For that to happen, AMMK and AIADMK should contest in the elections together. I wish for the same. I will meet the cadres soon,” she said.
