In continuation to the Exchange Notice No. 20150618-18 dated June 18, 2015 on the captioned matter.

The Hon’ble Securities Appellate Tribunal (SAT) vide its order dated February 23, 2021 has stated that the impugned order cannot be sustained and is quashed insofar as it relates to the appellant.

Trading members are advised to take note of the same and ensure compliance.
