Chandigarh reports 37 fresh COVID cases, no death

The Chandigarh COVID case tally stands at 21,500 and the death toll is at 350 with 37 fresh cases. As many as 20,923 patients have recovered, leaving 227 active cases.

Over 36 fresh COVID cases were reported from the Mohali district on Tuesday. Twenty-five more patients recovered from the virus. The district has so far seen 20,024 cases while 19,220 patients have been cured. The active case tally stands at 421.

Nine fresh Covid cases surfaced during the past 24 hours in Panchkula district. No death was reported. Meanwhile, 579 received the vaccine jab on Tuesday.
